IF SOMETHING FEELS OFF, YOU’RE NOT ALONE.

Maybe it’s a change in mood. Maybe they’re pulling away. Maybe you can’t quite put your finger on it, but you know something’s different. That matters. The earlier you step in, the more support your teen can have, and the better the outcome can be. We’re here to help you take that next step.

DON’T IGNORE THE SIGNS

What you might be noticing:

Sometimes the signs are obvious. Sometimes they’re subtle. Either way, it’s worth paying attention.

  • Pulling away from family, friends, or conversations
  • Spending more time alone in their room or on their phone
  • Changes in sleep (sleeping too much or struggling to sleep)
  • Eating significantly more or less than usual
  • Increased irritability, frustration, or emotional outbursts
  • Seeming unusually quiet, shut down, or disconnected
  • Losing interest in activities they used to enjoy
  • Avoiding school, skipping classes, or a drop in grades
  • Expressing negative thoughts about themselves or feeling like they don’t matter
  • Saying things like “I’m just tired” or “I’m fine” when you can tell they’re not

And sometimes… it’s none of these exactly. Just a quiet sense that something isn’t right. Every teen struggles differently, and every parent does too.

Whether this is your first concern or something you’ve been carrying for a while, there is help. Real help. Practical help. Hopeful help.
