About Brandon Davidson
Executive Director
Brandon has nearly 20 years of experience with nonprofit organizations, developing programs, and advocating for youth issues at the federal, state, and local levels. Since joining Next Step in 2013, he has been a vital part of the organization’s growth through grant writing, strategic partnerships and developing and implementing school-based mental health services. While Chief Operations Officer, Next Step became the first organization to bring the evidence-based suicide prevention program, Sources of Strength, to schools in Texas.
